A quick, flavorful, and cheesy dish perfect for taco nights!

Ingredients:

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 2 cups water
  • 2 cups Minute Rice (uncooked)
  • 1 cup salsa
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Construction (How to Make It)

  1. Cook the Ground Beef:
    • In a large skillet, cook and crumble the ground beef over medium heat.
    • Drain excess grease.
  2. Season the Meat:
    • Add taco seasoning and water to the skillet.
    • Stir well and bring to a boil.
  3. Add the Rice:
    • Stir in Minute Rice, making sure it’s fully mixed.
    • Reduce heat, cover, and let cook for 5 minutes (or until rice is tender).
  4. Finish the Dish:
    • Stir in salsa and shredded cheddar cheese until well combined.
    • Turn off the heat and serve immediately.
