Pecan Pie Bars Recipe
Ingredients:
- For the Crust:
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 3/4 cup unsalted butter, cold and cubed
- For the Filling:
- 1 1/2 cups corn syrup (light or dark, based on preference)
- 1/2 cup brown sugar, packed
- 4 large eggs
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 2 cups pecans, whole or chopped (as preferred)
