Ingredients:
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- ½ teaspoon 3% hydrogen peroxide (food-grade if possible)
Method:
- Mix into a paste.
- Use a soft toothbrush to gently brush your teeth with this mixture for 1–2 minutes.
- Rinse thoroughly with water.
Caution: Do not use this more than 3 times per week to avoid enamel damage.

Step 3: Apple Cider Vinegar Rinse (1–2 times/week)

Ingredients:
- 1 part apple cider vinegar
- 2 parts water
Method:
- Dilute the vinegar in water.
- Swish the mixture in your mouth for 30 seconds.
- Rinse thoroughly with plain water.
- Wait 30 minutes before brushing (vinegar is acidic and you don’t want to brush enamel when it’s softened).

- Antibacterial
- Dissolves light tartar
- Whitens teeth gradually
