Ingredients:

  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • ½ teaspoon 3% hydrogen peroxide (food-grade if possible)

Method:

  1. Mix into a paste.
  2. Use a soft toothbrush to gently brush your teeth with this mixture for 1–2 minutes.
  3. Rinse thoroughly with water.

Caution: Do not use this more than 3 times per week to avoid enamel damage.
