Chewy Snickerdoodle Cookie Bars

Ingredients:

1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour

1 tsp baking powder

1/2 tsp salt

1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened

1 cup granulated sugar

1 large egg

1 tsp vanilla extract

2 tsp ground cinnamon (for topping)

2 tbsp granulated sugar (for topping)

Directions:

Preheat Oven:

Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C). Grease a baking pan or line it with parchment paper.

Mix the Dry Ingredients:

In a bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, and salt. Set aside.
