Ingredients:
– 1 lb beef liver, sliced
– 2 large onions, thinly sliced
– 1 cup milk (for soaking)
– 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
– Salt and pepper, to taste
– 4 tbsp butter
– 2 tbsp vegetable oil
Instructions:
