Hawaiian Pineapple Cake!!!

Simple and easy! My whole family loves this recipe so much. If it were for them, I’d be making this every day! Give it a shot, you’ll love it! To make this recipe, you’ll need the following ingredients:


Ingredients:

For Cake:

  • 2 cups flour

  • cup sugar

  • 2 teaspoons of baking soda

  • 2 eggs

  • 1 x 20 oz / 570 g canned crushed pineapple in its own juice (do not filter the juice)

  • 1 cup sweetened coconut flakes

  • 1 cup chopped walnuts

For Frosting:

  • 1 x eight ounces / 225 g soft cream cheese

  • 1 cup / ½ cup / 115 g, softened unsalted butter

  • A cup of icing sugar (powdered)

  • 2 teaspoons vanilla

  • A little salt
