Instructions

- Beat the egg whites in a mixer until they become firm and double in volume. Set aside.
- In the same bowl, beat the egg yolks, condensed milk, and cornstarch until you achieve a light, smooth cream.
- Gently fold the beaten egg whites into the mixture using a spatula, making soft movements from the bottom up.
- Pour the batter into a greased and cornstarch-dusted cake pan.
- Bake for approximately 20 to 25 minutes, or until the top turns lightly golden.
- Perform the toothpick test: Insert a toothpick into the cake; if it comes out clean, the cake is ready.
- Allow the cake to cool before serving.
