  4. Gently fold the beaten egg whites into the mixture using a spatula, making soft movements from the bottom up.
  5. Pour the batter into a greased and cornstarch-dusted cake pan.
  6. Bake for approximately 20 to 25 minutes, or until the top turns lightly golden.
  7. Perform the toothpick test: Insert a toothpick into the cake; if it comes out clean, the cake is ready.
  8. Allow the cake to cool before serving.
