One-Pan Sweet & Tangy BBQ Sausage Rice Recipe
Ingredients:
1 lb smoked sausage (sliced)
1 small onion (diced)
1 cup bell peppers (diced, any color)
1 cup uncooked rice
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon paprika
Salt & black pepper (to taste)
1 (15 oz) can black beans (drained & rinsed)
1 cup corn (frozen or canned)
2 cups chicken or vegetable broth
1/2 cup BBQ sauce (your favorite brand)
Optional garnish: Chopped green onions or fresh parsley
