Ingredients:

200 ml whole milk

150 g Cheddar cheese, grated

1 tablespoon butter

1 tablespoon all-purpose flour

1/2 teaspoon mustard (optional)

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder (optional)

Salt and pepper to taste
