Crack Burger Recipe
Ingredients:
For the burgers:
- 1 lb ground beef (80% lean for juiciness)
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 4 hamburger buns
- 4 slices cheddar cheese (or your cheese of choice)
For the Crack Sauce:
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon sriracha or hot sauce (adjust to taste)
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 tablespoon pickle juice (optional but adds a great tang)
Toppings:
- Lettuce (shredded)
- Tomato slices
- Pickles
- Red onion slices
- Bacon strips (optional, but highly recommended!)
