Perfect Crispy Bacon
Ingredients:
- Bacon strips (thick or thin, as preferred)
Methods:
1. Oven-Baked Bacon (Recommended for Even Crispiness):
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil for easy cleanup. Place a wire rack on top if you want the fat to drip off.
- Lay the bacon strips in a single layer on the wire rack or directly on the foil.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, depending on thickness and desired crispiness. Check at 12 minutes to avoid overcooking.
- Remove from the oven and transfer the bacon to a plate lined with paper towels to absorb excess grease.
