White Chocolate Strawberry Cheesecake

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F.

  2. Prepare the crust: Mix cracker crumbs, melted butter, and powdered sugar in a bowl. Press 9 inches into the bottom of the shelf to level it.

  3. Make the filling: In a separate bowl, beat the soft cream cheese until smooth. Add melted white chocolate, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract, and mix until combined.

  4. Add the egg: Add the eggs one by one and mix well after each addition. Gently fold in the strawberries.

  5. Assemble and bake: Pour the mixture you prepared onto the cake and spread evenly. Bake for 45–50 minutes.

  6. Cool gradually: Turn off the oven and let the cheesecake cool slowly over an hour.

  7. Chill: Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.

  8. Top and serve: Add strawberry jam and melted chocolate chips before serving.
