1 cup granulated sugar

1/2 cup brown sugar, packed

2 large eggs

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/2 cup buttermilk

1/4 cup vegetable oil

Zest of 1 lemon
3 medium apples, peeled, cored, and chopped

For the Topping:

1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon

2 tablespoons granulated sugar
