Instructions
Cook the Noodles:
Prepare the noodles according to package instructions.
Drain and set aside.
Cook the Steak:
Heat sesame oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
Add sliced steak, season lightly, and cook for 2–3 minutes until browned.
Remove and set aside.
Cook the Shrimp:
In the same skillet, add shrimp and cook for 2–3 minutes until pink and opaque.
Remove and set aside with the steak.
Sauté Vegetables:
Add garlic, bell peppers, and onions to the skillet.
Sauté for 3–4 minutes until tender.
Combine Everything:
Return steak, shrimp, and noodles to the skillet.
Pour in soy sauce and oyster sauce, stirring until well combined and heated through.
Serve & Enjoy:
Serve hot, garnished with green onions, sesame seeds, or chili flakes if desired.
