This ingredient is stronger than water, it makes plants grow healthy and lush.

The ingredient that is stronger than water to use on our plants is actually water-based and we usually throw it away because we don’t know what to do with it. It is the water used to cook rice, which, due to its properties, can be very beneficial for vegetables.

It is a white liquid, more or less dense, that we usually throw down the sink. This is because we do not know that it is very rich in nutrients, which is why it is used in agriculture for a dual purpose.

The first thing is to hydrate the plant. Secondly, feed it because  it is rich in minerals  (potassium, magnesium, etc.) that help plants grow stronger, healthier and faster. In addition, rice water also contains the carbohydrates and starches that soil microorganisms need to do their job.

To use it, you must put rice in a container filled with water.  Rinse it thoroughly with water  , using your hands, rubbing it. Alternatively, you can use the cooking water. The next step is to filter the water with a strainer to remove the rice.

Use this water to water your plants at least  three times a week  . Especially in summer, watering rice with water should be done from five o’clock in the evening. This way, there will be less evaporation and the soil will absorb all the nutrients useful for the plants.
