This dish is my husband’s favorite. As soon as we’re done with one serving, he’s already asking for seconds.

Instructions:

Brown Beef: In a skillet over medium heat, brown beef pieces until well-seared on all sides. This step is optional but adds flavor.

Add Ingredients to Slow Cooker: Transfer beef to slow cooker. Add onion, garlic, beef broth, salt, pepper, thyme, rosemary, and bay leaf.

Cook: Cover and cook on low for 7-8 hours, or until beef is tender and can be shredded with a fork.

Add Noodles: About 30 minutes before serving, remove bay leaf and add egg noodles to slow cooker. Stir to combine.

Thicken Sauce: In a small bowl, mix flour and water to create a slurry. Stir it into slow cooker to thicken sauce.

Add Worcestershire Sauce: Add Worcestershire sauce and cook for an additional 30 minutes, or until noodles are tender.

Serve: Serve hot with your favorite sides.

Enjoy your hearty and comforting Slow Cooker Beef & Noodles!
