3. Water chestnut
This is the food that carries parasites that many people have never thought of. In water chestnuts, there is a parasite called ginger bugs. When eating water chestnuts, wash the chestnuts first, dry the skin, and then cook them at a high temperature before eating.
4. Steak
In Western dishes, steak is usually medium rare or medium well-done, some people even eat medium rare which they think tastes better. However, a piece of undercooked steak that is still red cannot k-il-l the parasites inside.
