Preparation
- First, let’s prepare the eggs. Boil them.
- Mix the minced meat ingredients.
Spread it evenly on a large piece of baking paper, then cover it first with the cheese and then with the ham.
- Carefully lift the still warm eggs out of the jars and place them in the center of the ham and cheese minced meat. Roll up the minced meat using the baking paper and press the edges well together.
- Heat oil in a pan and brown the meatballs on all sides.
- Then add the root vegetables, tomato paste and a little salt, fry them briefly; then pour in the broth and cook for a few minutes.
- Mix the breadcrumbs, parsley and melted butter, then spread over the meatballs. Bake the stuffed meatballs and root vegetables at 180°C with fan for 30 minutes. Done! Enjoy your meal!
