How to Prepare a Homemade Natural Laxative Drink
You can easily make a digestive-boosting drink at home using just a few ingredients:
You’ll need:
1 tablespoon of whole or ground flaxseeds
Juice from half a lemon
1 glass (approx. 200 ml) of warm water
Instructions:
1. Stir the flaxseeds into the warm water.
2. Add the lemon juice.
3. Let the mixture sit for at least 30 minutes, or leave it overnight to form a thicker gel.
4. Drink first thing in the morning, before breakfast.
