Ingredients :
1 pound beef liver
2 large onions, sliced
1/2 cup all-purpose flourSalt and pepper to taste
4 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons olive oil
1/2 cup beef broth
2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar (optional)Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Préparations :
TRinse the liver slices under cold water and pat dry with paper towels. Season both sides with salt and pepper.Dredge each slice in the flour, shaking off any excess.Cook the Onions:In a large skillet, heat 2 tablespoons of butter and 1 tablespoon of olive oil over medium heat.
