Ingredients:

1 litre water

2 lemons

1-inch grated ginger

½ tsp pepper

1 tsp honey

1 tsp lemon
Instructions:

Firstly, in a large saucepan, take one litre of water.

Next, take two lemon rinds (roughly chopped). Squeeze the juice first (and keep it aside), and then chop them. Add them to the water.

It’s now time to add ginger and pepper, and then boil for five minutes.

Boil until the lemon softens.

Let it cool a little, and then strain the water.

In a glass, add the warm detox water. Add honey and lemon juice, and mix well.
