Steps:
Wash the rice. Drain. Then add 2 cups water. Cook like a regular rice. Pour 3/4 cup coconut milk, 1/4 cup sugar and 1/4 tsp salt to the rice mixture. Mix well and let it sit for at least 10 minutes. Set aside.
Make the sauce:
In a sauce pan, add 1/4 cup coconut milk, 2 tablespoons sugar sugar and pinch of salt. Mix well till combine. Cook till it boils and dissolves the sugar.
SERVING:
Serve into a plate. Scoop a cup of sweetened rice into your plate. Pour some sauce. Add some slice mango.
