Directions:

Cook the Steak:

Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Season the steak slices with salt, pepper, cumin, and chili powder. Cook the steak for 3-4 minutes until browned and cooked through. Remove from the skillet and set aside.

Cook the Shrimp:

In the same skillet, add another tablespoon of olive oil. Add the minced garlic and shrimp, seasoning with salt and pepper. Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until the shrimp are pink and cooked through. Remove from the skillet and set aside.

Assemble the Burritos:

Warm the tortillas in the microwave or on a skillet to make them pliable.
On each tortilla, layer the cooked rice, black beans (if using), steak, shrimp, sliced avocado, shredded cheese, and a dollop of sour cream.
Sprinkle with fresh cilantro and drizzle with salsa or hot sauce if desired.

Wrap and Serve:

Fold the sides of each tortilla over the filling, then roll it up tightly into a burrito.
Serve immediately with extra salsa or hot sauce on the side.
