Strawberry Cheesecake Crumble
Ingredients:
For the cheesecake layer:
- 500 grams of cream cheese, softened
- 200 grams of granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
For the crumble topping:
- 150 grams all-purpose flour
- 100 grams granulated sugar
- 100 grams unsalted butter, cold and cubed
- A pinch of salt
For the strawberry topping:
- 500 grams fresh strawberries, hulled and halved
- 100 grams granulated sugar
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- Juice of 1 lemon
