Ingredients:
For the Steak:
2 ribeye or sirloin steaks (about 10-12 oz each)
2 tbsp olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
1 tbsp butter
For the Bourbon Garlic Cream Sauce:
1/4 cup bourbon
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup heavy cream
1/4 cup beef broth
1 tbsp Dijon mustard
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp fresh thyme (optional)
Salt and pepper to taste
