1. Prepare the Ganache

Pour hot cream over the chocolate and let sit for 1 minute.

Whisk gently until smooth and melted.

Stir in sweetener, vanilla, and butter. Let cool to room temperature.
2. Whip the Cream

In a separate bowl, whip the remaining heavy cream until soft peaks form.
3. Combine

Gently fold the cooled ganache into the whipped cream, keeping the mixture light and airy.
4. Assemble the Pavé

Line a loaf pan with plastic wrap, leaving some overhang.

Arrange a layer of sliced fruits on the bottom.

Spread half the mousse over the fruits.

Add another layer of sliced fruits.

Spread the remaining mousse evenly on top.
5. Chill

Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or until firm.
6. Serve

Lift the pavé from the pan using the plastic wrap overhang.

Garnish with chocolate shavings, cocoa powder, or extra fruits.

Slice into thick portions and serve chilled.
