Instructions:
Preheat Oven: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet or grease a loaf pan.
Mix Meatloaf Ingredients: Combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, onion, garlic, milk, eggs, Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, thyme, oregano, and paprika. Mix gently until combined.
Shape Meatloaf: Transfer mixture to prepared pan and shape into a loaf.
Prepare Glaze: Whisk together ketchup, brown sugar, Dijon mustard, and apple cider vinegar.
Glaze and Bake: Spread half the glaze over the meatloaf. Bake for 1 hour. Spread remaining glaze and bake for 15-20 more minutes, or until internal temperature reaches 160°F (71°C).
Rest and Serve: Let meatloaf rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
