Step 1: Preheat the Oven

Gradually add softened cream cheese to the egg mixture, whisking until smooth and lump-free.
Step 4: Add the Milk
Pour in the milk slowly while continuing to mix until the batter is fully blended and silky.
Step 5: Prep Your Pan
Line a 20 x 20 cm glass baking dish with parchment paper to prevent sticking.
Step 6: Strain for Smoothness
Pour the batter through a fine-mesh sieve into the baking dish—this step ensures an ultra-smooth final texture.
Step 7: Bake
Place the dish in the oven and bake for 35 minutes, or until the cheesecake is golden and set.
Step 8: Cool & Chill
Let it cool at room temperature for 20 minutes, then transfer to the refrigerator for at least 2 hours to chill and set completely.
