Season shrimp with seafood seasoning.

Over medium high heat, add 2 tbsp oil and cook shrimp on each side 2-3 minutes until they make a nice 3 shape. Remove from pan. π€

In a large skillet, add 1 tbsp oil and then ground meats. Once the meats begin to brown, add in onions, peppers and garlic. π§π«

As soon as meat is fully browned, add in seasonings.

Next, add in flour, stirring well. Add in broth and simmer 5-7 minutes. π₯

Add in rice and simmer another 5 minutes or so.
