Add the heavy cream to the skillet with the vegetables and bring to a simmer.
Stir in the shredded mozzarella and Parmesan cheese until the sauce is smooth and creamy. Taste and adjust the seasoning with salt and pepper.
Step 6: Combine the Pasta
Add the cooked pasta, shrimp, and sausage to the skillet. Toss everything together to coat the pasta in the creamy sauce.
Let everything heat through for a few minutes.
Step 7: Serve
Serve the creamy shrimp and sausage pasta in bowls or plates.
Garnish with fresh parsley and extra Parmesan cheese if desired.
