INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
2. Cut large pieces of aluminum foil, approximately 12×12 inches.
3. In a mixing bowl, combine the shrimp, corn, diced potatoes, sliced smoked sausage, olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
4. Divide the mixture evenly among the foil pieces, placing it in the center of each piece of foil.
5. Fold the edges of the foil over the mixture to create a sealed packet.
6. Arrange the foil packets on a baking sheet and bake in the hot oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the potatoes are tender.
7. Carefully unwrap the packets, being cautious of the hot steam, and serve warm, garnished with fresh herbs if desired.
