Shredded Chicken Gravy on Mashed Potatoes Recipe

4 large potatoes, peeled and cubed

½ cup milk

4 tbsp butter

Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

Mashed Potatoes:

Boil cubed potatoes in salted water for about 15-20 minutes until tender. Drain, add milk, butter, salt, and pepper, then mash until creamy.

Chicken Gravy:

In a saucepan, mix shredded chicken, chicken broth, cream of chicken soup, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Heat over medium heat until warmed through and slightly thickened, about 5-7 minutes.

Serve:

Spoon mashed potatoes onto a plate and generously top with the shredded chicken gravy.
