A study in 2021 revealed that 44 percent of adults in the United States say they have felt the presence of a loved one who d.ied.
Yet, what does this actually mean? Sensing the presence of someone you’ve lost?
You may simply notice the energy around you change, sense someone is sitting close to you when no-one is there, or feel the touch of a hand on yours.

Basically, trust your gut and if you sense it, you’re probably not going to be wrong.
