Ingredients:

  • 1 lb pork ribs, cut into 1-inch pieces

  • 1 large white radish, peeled and cut into 1-inch chunks

  • 1 large carrot, peeled and cut into 1-inch chunks

  • 1 ear of corn, cut into 2-inch pieces

  • 1 piece of ginger, sliced

  • 3–4 cloves garlic, minced

  • 8 cups water

  • Salt and pepper to taste
