Pork Chop Supreme

Instructions:

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

In a large skillet, heat 1/4 cup of oil over medium-high heat. Add the pork chops and cook until browned on both sides. Remove from the skillet and drain any excess oil.

In a medium casserole dish, arrange the sliced potatoes in an even layer.

Place the browned pork chops over the potatoes.

In a small bowl, whisk together the onion soup mix, cream of mushroom soup, and milk until smooth.

Pour the soup mixture over the pork chops, spreading it evenly.

Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Cover the casserole dish with foil and bake for 1 hour, or until the pork chops are cooked through and the potatoes are tender.

Remove from the oven and let it rest for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy!
