  • 1 lb thinly sliced steak (such as ribeye or sirloin), cut into small strips

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

  • 1 medium onion, sliced

  • 1 green bell pepper, sliced

  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • Salt and black pepper, to taste

  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

  • 1 cup beef broth

  • 1 cup heavy cream

  • 2 cups shredded provolone cheese

  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
