Pepperoni Pizza Bombs
These Pepperoni Pizza Bombs are crispy on the outside, gooey and cheesy on the inside! They’re the perfect bite-sized snack, appetizer, or party treat packed with pepperoni and melty cheese.
Ingredients:
- 2 tbsp melted butter
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1 can (8 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough
- 3/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup mini pepperoni slices
- 1/4 cup pizza sauce (plus extra for dipping)
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Optional Add-Ins for Extra Flavor:
- 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes – Adds a spicy kick.
- 1/2 tsp dried oregano – Enhances the Italian flavors.
- 1/4 cup cooked crumbled sausage – For a meaty twist.
- 1/4 cup chopped bell peppers – Adds a fresh crunch.
