  • 1 cup of starch water (the water left after cooking rice)
  • 1 tablespoon Rose Water
  • Oil from 1 Vitamin E capsule

Instructions:

  1. Collect the starch water left after cooking rice (it’s packed with nutrients for your skin).
  2. Add 1 tablespoon of rose water and the oil from 1 Vitamin E capsule to the starch water.
  3. Mix the ingredients well and transfer the mixture into an ice tray.
  4. Freeze the mixture to make rice water ice cubes.
  5. Once frozen, take 1 ice cube from the tray and wrap it in a thin cotton cloth.
  6. Gently massage the cloth-wrapped ice cube on your face for about 5 minutes, focusing on areas with enlarged pores.

Tip: You can repeat this step daily to help tighten and refresh your skin.
