Directions:

Add beef broth, heavy cream, BBQ sauce, and uncooked pasta.
Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low and simmer until pasta is cooked (about 10-12 minutes), stirring occasionally.
Stir in ranch dressing and cheddar cheese until the sauce is creamy and well combined.
