Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F.
Boil the pasta: Bring a big pot of water to a boil. Cook the macaroni but stop 3 minutes before the time on the box says. Drain and set aside.
Cook the beef: Heat a large skillet over high heat. Toss in the ground beef and onion. Cook for 6-7 minutes, breaking up the beef as it browns. Drain the extra grease.
Add flavor: Stir in the garlic and cook for about a minute, until it smells amazing. Then, mix in Worcestershire sauce, tomato sauce, and diced tomatoes. Combine everything well.
Season it up: Sprinkle in the Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Give it a taste and tweak the seasonings if needed.
Combine & bake: Stir in the macaroni and cheddar cheese. If your skillet can go in the oven, pop it in for 20-25 minutes until it’s bubbly and the cheese is melted. If not, transfer everything to a casserole dish before baking.
Serve hot: Dish it out and enjoy that cozy, cheesy goodness!
