Ingredients

3 cups all-purpose flour

1/4 teaspoon instant yeast

1 teaspoon salt

1 1/2 cups warm water

1/3 cup chopped olives

Preparation

In a large mixing bowl, combine flour, yeast, and salt. Add water and olives, stirring until a shaggy dough forms.

Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and let it sit at room temperature for 12-18 hours.
