Nighttime Fat Burning Detox Tea!!!

Ingredients

Here’s what you’ll need to make this powerhouse tea:

2 cups water

1-inch piece of fresh ginger, peeled and sliced

1 clove of garlic, crushed

1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice (or 1/2 lemon sliced)

1 stick of cinnamon (or 1/2 tsp cinnamon powder)

1 teaspoon raw honey (optional, for taste)

1 green tea bag or 1 tsp ground coffee (optional — for thermogenic boost)

Method / Instructions

Boil the Base:

In a saucepan, bring 2 cups of water to a gentle boil.

Add Ingredients:

Add sliced ginger, crushed garlic, and cinnamon to the water. Lower the heat and let it simmer for 7–10 minutes.

Infuse Tea (Optional):

If using green tea or coffee, turn off the heat, and steep your tea bag or stir in coffee grounds for 2–3 minutes.
