Mixed Rice Bowl with Chicken, Fried Potato, and Mayo
Ingredients:
1 cup cooked white rice (e.g., basmati or jasmine)
2 tbsp mayonnaise
1/4 cup shredded grilled or roasted chicken
2 tbsp cooked minced meat in tomato sauce (optional: spicy)
2 tbsp crispy fried onions or potato sticks
2 tbsp crispy fried chicken skin or crunchy toppings
Instructions:
Prepare the base: Place the cooked white rice into a bowl.
Add toppings:
Spoon mayonnaise onto one side of the rice.
Add shredded chicken next to the mayo.
Add the spicy minced meat beside the chicken.
Add the fried potato sticks or fried onions.
Finish with the crunchy fried chicken skin or similar crispy topping.
Serve: Mix everything together before eating, or enjoy each part separately.
