1 lb ground beef (80/20), chilled

1 jar Rao’s spaghetti sauce, undrained

8 oz Philadelphia cream cheese, room temp

¼ cup full-fat sour cream, room temp

1 cup full-fat cottage cheese, room temp

½ cup salted butter, melted (just foamy)

1.5 cups sharp white cheddar, block-cut

1 tsp ‘nduja (spicy pork paste) (Nonna’s secret)
