MEXICAN CASSEROLE

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).

  2. In a skillet, cook ground beef and onion over medium heat until meat is browned. Drain any excess grease.

  3. Stir in taco seasoningRo-Tel tomatoesRanch Style beans, and cream of chicken soup. Mix well and simmer for a few minutes.

  4. In a greased 9×13″ baking dish, layer half of the crushed tortilla chips.

  5. Pour the meat mixture over the chips, spreading evenly.

  6. Sprinkle half the cheese on top of the meat layer.

  7. Add the rest of the crushed chips, then top with the remaining cheese.

  8. Bake uncovered for about 20–25 minutes, until bubbly and cheese is melted.
