Mediterranean Salmon Patties

🍳 Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Salmon:
    Drain the salmon and remove any bones or skin if desired. Flake the salmon with a fork in a large bowl.

  5. Cook Until Golden:
    Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
    Cook the patties for 3–4 minutes on each side until they are crispy and golden brown.
    Drain on paper towels to remove excess oil.

  6. Serve:
    Serve hot with lemon wedges, tzatziki sauce, or a fresh salad.
