Mango Tapioca
Introduction
Mango Tapioca is a delicious, creamy dessert that combines sweet mangoes, chewy tapioca pearls, and soft jelly in a rich, milky base. This refreshing treat is perfect for hot summer days and special occasions. It’s easy to prepare and is sure to be loved by all mango lovers!
Ingredients
- 3 ripe mangoes
- 1 can condensed milk (370 ml)
- 1 can evaporated milk (370 ml)
- 1 pack all-purpose cream (optional)
- 1 cup nata de coco
- 1 cup small tapioca pearls (sago), cooked
- 25g yellow gelatin powder (mango flavor)
Instructions
- In a pot, pour 1.5L water, add the gelatin powder (25g), and bring to a boil.
- Once it reaches a boil, remove from heat and let it set.
- Peel the mangoes and cut them into small cubes.
- Cut the jelly into cubes once it has set.
- In a large bowl, combine the mango cubes, tapioca pearls, nata de coco, and jelly cubes.
- Add condensed milk, evaporated milk, and all-purpose cream.
- Mix everything together and refrigerate for 3 hours.
- Alternatively, serve immediately with ice cubes for an instant chilled dessert.
