Introduction

Mango Tapioca is a delicious, creamy dessert that combines sweet mangoes, chewy tapioca pearls, and soft jelly in a rich, milky base. This refreshing treat is perfect for hot summer days and special occasions. It’s easy to prepare and is sure to be loved by all mango lovers!

Ingredients

  • 3 ripe mangoes
  • 1 can condensed milk (370 ml)
  • 1 can evaporated milk (370 ml)
  • 1 pack all-purpose cream (optional)
  • 1 cup nata de coco
  • 1 cup small tapioca pearls (sago), cooked
  • 25g yellow gelatin powder (mango flavor)

Instructions

  1. In a pot, pour 1.5L water, add the gelatin powder (25g), and bring to a boil.
  2. Once it reaches a boil, remove from heat and let it set.
  3. Peel the mangoes and cut them into small cubes.
  4. Cut the jelly into cubes once it has set.
  5. In a large bowl, combine the mango cubes, tapioca pearls, nata de coco, and jelly cubes.
  6. Add condensed milk, evaporated milk, and all-purpose cream.
  7. Mix everything together and refrigerate for 3 hours.
  8. Alternatively, serve immediately with ice cubes for an instant chilled dessert.
