1 pound lean ground beef

1 packet taco seasoning mix (1 ounce)

1 cup salsa

1 15 oz can black beans, drained and rinsed

1 cup frozen corn kernels

2 cups crushed tortilla chips (divided)

2 cups shredded cheddar cheese (divided)

1/2 cup sliced black olives

1/4 cup chopped green onions

1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped (optional)

Preheat oven to 350°F.

In a skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef until browned, 5-7 minutes. Drain excess fat.
