1 liter of water
1 piece of fresh ginger about 5 centimeters
1 squeezed lemon
2 tablespoons of honey
Preparation of the ginger infusion:
Pour the water into a pot and bring it to a boil
Grate the ginger and add it to the water
Simmer over low heat for about 5 minutes.
Filter your infusion through a sieve or coffee filter, then add the lemon juice and honey.
Preparation of ginger water:
Grate the ginger or, better yet, press it through a juicer .
Combine water, grated or juiced ginger, lemon juice, and honey in a carafe and refrigerate.
There you go, your lemon ginger detox drink is ready.
