Learned this dish from my Amish friend, and it’s absolutely divine

Instructions:

Preparation: Begin by preheating your oven to 350°F (175°C). Cook the pasta according to package instructions, drain, and set aside.

Sautéing the Base: In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add chopped onion and minced garlic, sautéing until the onion turns translucent. Incorporate the lean ground beef, cooking until browned and fully cooked. Drain any excess fat.

Combining the Soups: In a separate bowl, blend the condensed tomato soup, condensed mushroom soup, and milk until thoroughly combined.

Assembling the Casserole: Combine the cooked beef, pasta, and soup mixture in the skillet. Season with salt and black pepper to taste. Transfer the mixture to a greased casserole dish. Optionally, sprinkle shredded cheese over the top, followed by paprika and dried parsley for an extra burst of flavor.

Baking: Place the casserole dish in the preheated oven and bake for approximately 30 minutes, or until the casserole is hot and bubbly, with a golden hue.
